Introduction
HT1081 Landscaping covers:
- achievement standard 90922, AHS1.8 AS 90922 Redesign a landscape plan that reflects user requirements, and
- unit standard 7075: Modify landscape plans for selected environments

What you will do
Complete the first three sessions of HT1021 Practical skills before beginning this module.
This work will take you about 10 hours. Use the HT1081 study plan to work your way through the 10 sessions in this module.
You will:
- prepare and carry out a user's needs questionnaire
- draw a site plan to scale
- design concept plans to use for develop a final design
- draw a final annotated plan to scale.
Assessment
Your teacher will look at how well you:

What you will need
- gardening books and magazines for ideas
- some plants and gardens to look at
- a person who is willing to be interviewed about a redesign for part of their garden
- a pen and pencil
- a ruler.
